1. Introduction​

Windfall is an LST-based gaming platform where users compete for yield generated from their deposits through various games. This interface facilitates interaction with the Windfall smart contracts deployed on the Solana blockchain.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Windfall website (the “Website”) and any associated services (the “Services”).

2. Modification of this Agreement​

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify this Agreement at any time. All modifications become effective when they are posted, and we will notify you by updating the date at the top of the Agreement.

3. Conditions of use​

As a condition of your use of the Services, you represent, warrant, covenant and agree that:

• Your use of the Services is at your sole option, discretion, and risk.

• You acknowledge that Windfall does not hold any user funds at any time, and all interactions occur directly from your digital wallet.

• You acknowledge that all game results and payouts are determined through smart contracts deployed on the Solana blockchain.

• You accept that the market value of cryptocurrencies can fluctuate dramatically.

• You have not been diagnosed or classified as a compulsive or problem gambler.

• You are not currently self-excluded from any gambling platforms or gambling premises.

• You participate in games on Windfall on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

• You use Windfall strictly in a personal and non-professional capacity for recreational and entertainment purposes only.

• You are accessing the Website from a jurisdiction where it is legal to do so and will not use the Services from any jurisdiction that prohibits online betting or gaming.

• You acknowledge that Windfall is not liable for any network outages, slowdowns, or other deficiencies in telecommunications networks required to access the Services.

4. Disclaimers​

• We do not guarantee that access to the interface will be continuous, uninterrupted, timely, or secure.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or currency of any information contained in the interface.

• We do not guarantee that the interface will be free from errors, defects, viruses, or other harmful elements.

5. Proprietary Rights​

• Windfall and its core contributors own all intellectual property rights in materials developed for Windfall, including but not limited to software, text, designs, images, and copyrights.

• Unless otherwise stated, Windfall reserves exclusive rights to its intellectual property.

6. Eligibility​

• To access or use the Services, you must be at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Services.

• You must not access or use the Services for any illegal activities.

• You confirm that neither you nor any entity you represent are subject to trade embargoes or sanctions ("Subject to Restrictions") or are from a jurisdiction listed as a restricted territory ("Restricted Territories").

7. Privacy​

• The only information Windfall collects is your blockchain wallet address, transaction hashes, and token identifiers.

• We do not collect personal information. However, we use third-party services such as Google Analytics, which may receive publicly available personal information.

• We are not responsible for any information made public on the Solana blockchain through actions taken via the interface.

8. Prohibited Activity​

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities when using the Services:

• Transacting in any Restricted Territory or with any blockchain addresses controlled by individuals or entities Subject to Restrictions.

• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities.

• Using bots, automation, or any software that gives unfair advantages in games.

• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.

9. Limitation of Liability​

• Windfall is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the platform, including (but not limited to) loss of profit, digital assets, or intangible property.

• We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content provided on Windfall.

• We are not responsible for unauthorized access to any servers or databases controlled by Windfall.

• We are not responsible for any technical failures, bugs, or disruptions in the service.

• Any references to third-party websites, products, or services are for convenience only and do not constitute endorsements. Windfall assumes no liability for third-party content or services.
